At Trusted Hand Consultation LLC, we believe that every individual and family deserves services rooted in trust, respect, and empowerment. Our journey began in 2020 with a simple yet powerful mission: to stand alongside Minnesotans as they navigate care services with confidence, dignity, and clarity.

Today, we are proud to serve as a Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Consultation Services Provider, approved by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS). Our role is to ensure that participants understand their choices, navigate the transition from PCA to CFSS smoothly, and design care plans that truly reflect their needs and goals.

What makes us different is not just our DHS training, Medicaid compliance, or statewide reach—it’s our people. Our diverse and multilingual team speaks English, Amharic, Somali, Oromo, Arabic, Tigray, and Spanish, etc, making sure no voice is left unheard. We are deeply connected to the communities we serve and committed to delivering services that are culturally competent, participant-centered, and person-driven.

Founded in 2020 by a dedicated team with extensive hands-on experience in Personal Care Assistance (PCA), Trusted Hand Consultation LLC aims to provide compassionate and effective support to individuals in need. Our thorough training in Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) compliance ensures that we maintain the highest standards of care and trustworthiness, proudly serving New Brighton and the surrounding Twin Cities area.
